January's New Moon in Capricorn is an opportunity to face our own mountains, make a plan, and strategize our best paths forward.
In this month's ceremony, we will workshop our way through our own personal astrology to understand what direction life is taking us this year and how we can best connect with it.
Then, I'll guide you through a ThetaHealing process to help let go of specific limiting beliefs that can't take you any farther up that mountain, replacing them with all the tools you'll need to conquer it.

Living Deliberately means to dig deep, practice radical self-honesty, and be empowered to create healing for Self. In this intentional Cacao Ceremony, we utilize cacao as a tool to access the heart-space of Mother Earth and anchor into the present moment, no matter where we are at in our self-love journey. Cacao is both a physiologically and spiritually heart-opening plant medicine, intended to open the heart to release old suffering and call-in healing. Jaelyn guides sacred ritual to get the most out of a cacao experience, including authentically aligned intention-setting, earthly embodiment practice, and Theta meditation to access and create healing within the subconscious mind.
Under the New Moon each month, participants will:
- learn about the astrological implications of this time and how to use this energy to their highest advantage for self-healing
- set authentically aligned intentions for self-healing
- be educated on the sacred plant medicine of cacao; the traditions behind its use, how it works physiologically with the body’s systems, & what it offers participants spiritually/mentally/emotionally
- engage in cacao ceremony using Theta meditation to achieve highest results
- cultivate a sense of belonging, community, and self-love through both embodiment practice and heart-opening practices
- gain tools for self-love, empowerment, and manifestation
- connect with likeminded women on their own spiritual journeys
**Please note that while cacao is NOT psychoactive or impairing in any way, it can produce physiological effects such as lowering blood pressure and inducing stimulation. Participants with low blood pressure, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking anti-depressant medications are asked to inform Jaelyn so she can offer a smaller dose**
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a reusable mug and an item to add to our altar if you’d like. You are also welcome to bring any other ceremonial items such as crystals, oracle decks, natural items, etc.!
